Sign up

  • Sign up with Vikreya is free. We offer two account types: Personal and Business.
  • Personal users can use all features for free, except Business Services (Services is for businesses only).
  • Business users can use all features for free as well; Business Services subscriptions are available for a nominal fee.
  • All data is secured with an SSL certificate, and we never share your data with third parties.

Login

  • We always use email address + password as credentials.
  • Any password-reset request triggers an email alert, so your credentials stay secure.
  • Login is rate-limited after multiple failed attempts to prevent brute-force access.
  • You can update your profile and password from the My Profile page.

My Profile

  • Your registration details are saved in My Profile, where you can update them and change your password.
  • My Profile is only accessible while signed in.

Account history & security

  • Your login and device history is saved on the security page.
  • You can see the devices and locations where logins succeeded.
  • You can sign out from any device if you notice unknown or suspicious activity.
  • You can also log out of all devices at once when needed.

Forgot password

  • Use Forgot Password from the login screen to reset your password.
  • A reset link is sent to your registered email address.
